Open House

Open House for "Orange and Blue on Drake" was this past Friday.  I had a complete blast!  Many, many thanks to all of my friends who came on Friday!

I took a few more pics of the house.  I finally finished the third bedroom.    It has a queen bed and is decorated in a crisp white and navy blue with silver accents.

Below is a picture of the little niche in the hallway.

The dresser to the right is in the bedroom with the twin beds. which I refer to as the Kid's Room.  My two youngest girls like this bedroom most of all.

And finally a picture of the exterior of the front of the house!  It's a cutie!

Someone asked me the other day if I'd be interested in renting it out for wedding weekends.  That thought had never occurred to me, but what a great way to rent it out during the summer!  So the answer is "YES!  I'd love to rent it out for wedding weekends!"  I imagined that summer would be a slow season for booking rentals.  And it still may very well be, at least for this summer.  But I've decided to have a "Summer Special" and rent it out during the summer for $200 for a two-night weekend, and $75 for each additional night (plus the $60 cleaning fee).   And maybe I'll get some Camp War Eagle families, as well.
